Then, I treat myself to a 12 inch subway for lunch and this contains 672 calories, 98g carbs, 7g fat and 51g protein. And if you are a fan of Subway, I chat about some simple things you can to do keep the calories of your Sub relatively low. Then, I move onto some dinner and treat myself to an easy low calorie pizza wrap (with prawns) and this contains just 386 calories, 27g carbs, 12g fat and 42g protein. And then I end the day with some rice cakes covered with dark chocolate and protein sauce and this comes to 411 calories, 29g protein, 43g carbs and 12g fat. And I also throw a protein bar in there for good measure.
