I was a bit disappointed with the production of the episode, a lot seemed to be just hurried and rushed. Picard's acting troupe was hilariously characteristic of the Captain. I enjoyed seeing the crotchety portrayal of Sam Clemens in space, and the brief wisdom he shares in these brief discussions. He maintains his cynicism, but is also able to grow as a person. I loved that "Woo!" he makes near the end. "I'm glad I had a chance to thank you." "For what sir?" "Ahh, for starting me out on the greatest adventure a man's ever had! WOO!! Ha! And for helping a bitter old man to open his eyes, and see that the future, turned out pretty well, after all."
