#Arbi ki Sabji / taro root
* कुकर में 1 सीटी आने के बाद उसमें से भाप निकाल दें और अरबी निकाल ले, पानी में न छोड़ें वरना बहुत ज़्यादा पानी absorb कर लेती है जिसकी वजह से अरबी sticky सी हो जाती है ।
Arbi ki Sabji / taro root
Ingredients -
1/2 kg arbi / taro root
For marination-
3 tbsp curd
1 tsp deggi mirch powder
1 tsp dried Fenugreek leaves
1/2 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp garlic
1/4 tsp salt
1 tbsp oil
1 tsp roasted gram flour
For Gravy-
2 +2 tbsp oil
pinch of asafoetida
1/2 tsp carom seeds
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1" cinnamon stick
1 green cardamom
1 Bayleaf
1 tsp garlic
1 tsp ginger
2 onion chopped
1/2 tsp salt
2 tomatoes chopped / puréed
2 tsp deggi mirch powder
1 tbsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp roasted cumin powder
Hot water as required
3 green chili
1/2 tsp garam masala
