Vegetable Spring Rolls Recipe
Spring rolls wrapper
Butter Lettuce
Carrot
Cucumber
Red cabbage
Avocado
Green onion
Tofu (or protein of choice I like trader joe’s teriyaki tofu)
Peanut Sauce
1/3 cup peanut butter
2 tbsp rice vinegar
2 tbsp maple syrup
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
3 gloves garlic minced
Optional sriracha for spice
1-3 tbsp water if you need it to thin
Stir all ingredients together expect water. Add water if the sauce is too thick. Enjoy
