Here is a very unique dish, which is a very popular winter snack in Uttar Pradesh. Gram leaves are very good source of proteins, iron and calcium. Its a very quick recipe, just go through the INGREDIENTS listed below :- Chane ki bhaji ke vade 1. Chane ki Bhaaji or Gram leaves- 1 big bowl 2. Chane ki Dal soaked for 4 to 5 hrs- 1 big bowl 3. Finely Chopped Onion small sized- 1 no. 4. Ginger- ½ inch, Garlic- 1 clove, Green Chilli- 1 no. (Finely chopped and crushed) 5. Hing or Asafoetida- 1 pinch 6. Zeera or cumin seeds- 1 tblspn 7. Chat masala – 1 tblspn 8. Chilli Powder- 1 tblspn 9. Coriander Leaves chopped 10. Salt to taste 11. Vegetable Oil for Frying Thank you for watching the video !!!!
