@abhishekkj96644 years agoRemember, blood pressure isn' t a disease in of itself. it' s usually the consequence of underlying problems, such as stress, lack of sleep, exercise, yoga, pranayama and meditation takes care of stress, lack of sleep and also your nervous response. so, follow a healthy diet, 1. Include potassium and magnesium rich foods (many fruits and greens) 2. Mediate twice a day for 20 minutes 3. Do your yoga ( prolonged stretches can stimulate stem cells to produce tissues that are more elastic, thus lowering bp) 4. Do breathing techniques, bhastrika and aloma-viloma are great. Also do this, stretch your toungue out like a dog and breath through the mouth heavily for 21 times, repeat this with tongue rolled up and touching the ceiling. Very helpful. 5, fast every week for 24 hours. sugar will come under control, so will bp. i have done this. ...Expand21
