Kadboli is Traditional Maharashtrian Crispy Diwali faral recipe. It is made in different ways in different areas of Maharashtra. I am making this in a easy and quick way of mixig together various flours Do try this delicious and crispy kadboli at home .
Ingredients
1/2 cup each of
jowari flour
bajari flour
chana dal/besan
rice flour
nachnni flour
whole wheat flour
1/2 tsp of cumin/jeera powder
2 tsp of corriander/dhania powder
1 tsp of red chilli powder
salt to taste
1/4 tsp of ova/ajwain
1/4 tsp of sesame seeds/til
2 tbsp of hot oil(mohan)
1 cup of hot boiling water
oil for deep frying
