Minimalism is different for everyone, and for me it means only having items in your life that bring you happiness and add value. I also share some zero waste swaps I've made when it comes to the vegan food in my fridge and pantry. Thanks for watching! #minimalism #minimalist #zerowaste ••• RELATED VIDEOS ••• »MINIMALISM | Things I only own one of: /watch/I7Z6H9a6hmY66 »ZERO WASTE | Top 10 favorite zero waste products: /watch/gB-DdWxQL3WQD ••• INSTAGRAM ••• @rebecca_sisson ••• INQUIRIES ••• Rebecca.sisson@gmail.com ••• A LITTLE ABOUT ME ••• At the end of 2018, my husband and I quit our jobs, sold our yoga studio and 90% of our possessions and moved into our 1969 VW bus. We spent 18 months traveling the globe exploring, rock climbing, adventuring and eating delicious vegan food along the way. We recently settled in Joshua Tree, CA with our pup Gypsy, and have been adjusting to a minimalist life in a house.
