1MHz Active Crystal Oscillator with ATTiny85

Each week I will grab a random electronic component from the vault and build a circuit - this week I hook up an active crystal oscillator to see if it works and then just for lols make a circuit where an ATTINY85 uses the crystal to...er...blink an LED?
