Jowar is a summer grain, it helps to keep our body cool, it is gluten free and rich in fibre and calcium. Adding lots of vegetables and some spices makes this pancake a tasty, filling nutrient dense meal for breakfast, lunch or dinner. A very good option for weight watchers.
